Modern coffee shop
Koti Coffee Cabinet is a modern, minimalistic-vibes cafe in the Shinjuku area of Tokyo, and they do coffee very well. They have blends from different parts of the world including Colombia, Costa Rica, and Ethiopia to name a few, and if you order a latte they do have oat milk instead of dairy – but it does come with a 100 yen surcharge.
