Get to know the Silk Making Procedure

This museum shows the process of making silk textiles. Although there are no English speaking guides, they have English pamphlets available which you can get at the entrance at the same time you purchase the entrance ticket. When entering the museum you can see the different stages of the silk process displayed as well as the weaving machines. When you go further you can witness the process from raw worm silk being cleaned up towards the actual weaving process! Before you reach the exit there is a little shop and you can also try out some of the weaving machines. Overall it was a nice experience to see an old craft be continued in the present days.
