Tantanmen with shrimp-based broth

Ebisu Delux is a shrimp-based broth ramen restaurant, and they extend this to ramen types that aren't usually shrimp-broth based like tantanmen. I actually liked this version a lot more than I thought I would, though, so I would suggest being open to trying it. Obviously not the best for anyone with shellfish allergies though! Right now they also have a special on their site (up until the end of January) where you can get two free gyoza if you present the coupon (https://www.ramen-walker.com/shop_602.html) so I would recommend doing that before you visit!
