Miyoshi Parking area outbound is the one on the way out of Tokyo. The Starbucks here is popular. Probably because everyone has the same idea - get a coffee for your road trip on the Kanetsu expressway to Tochigi or Tohoku! Its not particularly big, but there are seats and tables down the side of the building and a couple at the front too.
