Disappointing Lunch Break

Recently visited Sendai for a weekend out and stopped in to this rice ball specialty shop on the way out of the station. I ordered two onigiri, and the first was a mountain vegetable, the second a salmon filling. I was disappointed biting into the second because there was not a shred of salmon in the entire rice ball! I was already too far away from the station to return, and proving it would be difficult anyway, but the order wasn’t that large, and the receipt reflected what I had ordered, so unless whoever made the onigiri decided not to add any salmon, it may have been simple negligence. The staff didn’t really seem engaged, and was doing the bare minimum. A bit of a let down overall.
