Fab for stationery lovers
If you love all things stationery -- cards, pens, and the like -- then the Itoya branch at Haneda's terminal 3 is great for a browse or purchase. While it pales in comparison size-wise to the massive Itoya in Ginza (which I INSIST you visit if you love stationery -- it's 12 floors!), it still has a good range of quality products. The actual styling of this store is really nice, too, since it's made to look like a step-back-in-time Edo period shop.

Last minute souvenirs
The Itoya in terminal 3 of Haneda Airport is a good spot to pick up souvenirs last minute. They have a good selection of quintessential non food Japanese souvenirs, including some rarer souvenirs such as tabi socks. There is an explanation in English for several of the souvenirs. They are all really well made and presented nicely. I thought it was a little on the expensive side though - until I went to two other airports in Europe and by comparison Itoya is very affordable!
