Mediocre branch of family friendly chain restaurant

The Gusto's have really great menus for families and that is standard across their branches. However, I don't think this branch is to their usual standards in other respects. For one the staff were borderline rude. The service was also very slow. And the store smelt musty and smokey. There weren't very many customers which is also unusual for Gusto. The children's meals are separated into meals for small children and for children of school going age. The meals for smaller children come with drink bar. You can order drink bar separately for the older children's meals and / or adults meals. There is free parking available for about 20 cars. There is one ladies and one gents toilet and a uni-sex hand basin too. There are some gachapon that can be used with the gachopon meal for kids. There are high chairs for older babies but none with a 5 point or even 3 point harness.
