Dessert shop run by old crazy lady

The menu is basically a Hodge podge of fake food items depicting sorta what the item will be like. We had soft serve and à chocolate cone, but they have parfaits and sundaes that looked tempting. They looked like they would be huge and we needed to be on our way. No time to sit and eat something. The lady had a very interesting fashion sense and I bet she would have an amazing personally ty to go with it. I want to go back and chat with her without 3 kids in tow. The chocolate cone was amazingly smooth and creamy. There is lots of seating space and the store is pretty easy to spot on the street even though it isn't on Google. If you head ready or of tatebayashi station toward the big park it will be on the right hand side. I don't think she speaks any English, but it wouldn't be too difficult to order something.
