Komeraku at Haneda Airport Terminal 2
Komeraku is an ochazuke restaurant serving different combinations of sashimi. The average price is between 1,400 - 1,800 yen for a bowl of ochazuke. It comes with some side dishes, and a pot of tea to pour over your rice bowl. I ordered a salmon + negitoro bowl which I enjoyed. It was a good amount, but I would have liked a heftier portion for the sides. The menu has photos of the dishes and the staff are willing to give instructions on how to enjoy ochazuke if you're not familiar.
