While exploring Ikebukuro, we came across a big department store by the Ikebukuro Station called P'Parco. After looking at the store lists we found an Evangelion Store on one side of P'Parco. It just so happened to be an EVA TPARTY from Aug 27 to May 31 and I was fortunate enough to randomly visit during these dates. I think the store is on the 2nd or 3rd floor, and it is located right as you get off the escalator. There is a life size statue of Ayanami Rei, as well as a lot of exclusive merchandise. For all of you Neon Genesis Evangelion fans the announcement of the long-awaited release date for the Evangelion 3.0 + 1.0 movie is in 2020! But you probably already knew this. There were a few merch with "2020" designs on them. The store offers a wide variety of merch from clothing, hats, bags, jewelry accessories, keychains, home and kitchenware, cellphone cases, school supplies, as well as figurines and even snacks! If you are a fan or just love anime, you should definitely check out this store! It may not be that big, but I definitely spent almost an hour looking at every little detail of the store and deciding what NOT to buy (which was very hard).
