Mizukami Bookbindery is a very special shop in Kawagoe. It is not in the warehouse district, but is beside the old brewery, Koedo Kurari, which is one of the symbols of Kawagoe. You can buy mini notebooks from a capsule dispenser here. And they have stamps out that anyone can use for free. Moreover, for just 50 yen you can pick up a fun stamp map.
