Great Fusion Bakery - Old & New Style

Amazing fusion bakery, old and new styles. Tried the coffee roll, and it was the perfect blend of coffee infused sweet bean jam and slightly sweet whipped cream. I was initially worried it would be too heavy, not being a fan of whipped cream, but it was surprisingly light, The crust was perfectly browned and crispy, and the inside was spongy without a hint of sogginess. The rabbit shaped cookies were crunchy and lightly sweet with a hint of butter flavor. I felt like ordering a few more. Next time. The peanut butter bread is like a mix of French roll and anpan, and the peanut butter was filling and delicious. Again, I wanted to eat more. Looking forward to sampling more of what’s on offer. There’s a wide variety of melon rolls and desserts, so there’s something for just about everyone to try. The price point for everything seems slightly lower than other bakeries offering similar items, so it encouraged me to be a little more adventurous. The parking lot has 10 free spaces, but I recommend going before 11 am so it’s not full and crazy busy at the bakery.
