Ueda City Museum of Art

Museum with adjacent performing arts and culture venue

The Ueda City Museum of Art has an inexpensive admission fee (300 yen for adults), so it's somewhere I think is worth visiting if you're in the area. It's a fun way to get to know a bit more about Ueda, since a lot of the featured artists (possibly all?!) have ties to this part of Japan. There's also a performing arts/culture venue which hosts different events throughout the year.
