Newly opened ramen shop in Nagaoka

Yume wo Katare is a newly opened ramen shop in Nagaoka, and it already seems quite popular with the local community. They have several types of ramen here served with different toppings, including cheese -- this isn't something that I've seen from other ramen places in Japan, but it seemed pretty popular with other patrons! The portion sizes are big, so come hungry. Decent amount of parking both beside and in front of the restaurant.
