Yoshida Clinic has one of the few, potentially only, doctors in Hyuga that is comfortable speaking in English. His English is not 100%, but is certainly better than any other doctor I've seen while living in Hyuga. Scheduling an appointment with them does require Japanese, but is simple and they have long hours to accomodate working people. There is a pharmacy located at the back of the clinic, making getting medicine incredibly quick and easy.
