Delicious rich ice-cream

Imofukudo opened earlier this year (2025). It is a picturesque, petite shop. It sells desserts specializing in sweet potato, which Kawagoe is famous for. The sweet potato ice-cream is particularly good. It also looks different to most other sweet potato ice-cream (which is abundant in Kawagoe) as it is layered on to a thick cone. Its pricey, but so is everything in Kawagoe these days!
