Puzzle Ginza is a multi-floor venue which is home to several restaurants including mega-gyoza spot Ginza Tenryu, a branch of Yogibo (a furniture store), and perhaps more randomly, a store where you can practice horse riding on a dummy horse. The building has direct connectivity to exit 5 of Ginza-itchome Station on the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line, so there are some points for convenience as well.
