One of the three great Sazaedo temples of Japan

Joshinin, also known as Seishinin Hyakutai Kannon-do, is one of several remarkable religious artefacts in the Kodama area of Honjo. Despite being one of the three great Sazaedo temples of Japan, it is relatively unknown. The architecture is really impressive, built in the design of a mollusk shell. For a small fee, you can enter the temple. At the moment, you need to request in advance through the Honjo tourism website. You can just admire it from the outside for free if you prefer! The temple is a designated tangible cultural property of Honjo City.
