Has gone down hill

This ramen restaurant used to be more popular. I believe it was closed for a while, but its been open the last few months. I used to like the gyoza here, but they weren't great on my last visit. The chahan was okay. They've also got rid of their half price offers they used to have, but they do give 100 yen discount vouchers with a large purchase.
