Patisserie Ciel is well known and popular locally in Kawagoe. However, as its not near the tourist area, it is a quiet shop and most patrons go out of there way to visit as its not really a place you would be just passing by. They have a great selection of Instabae desserts. A little on the pricey side, but worth it. They do a range of treats for dogs too!
