Cafe Sanctuary is (as the name suggests) a peaceful spot for a bite to eat in Tokyo. They offer plate lunches during weekdays that include a bagel sandwich with a salad, drink, and mini dessert, and they also specialize in freshly baked waffles with a variety of toppings. Some of the waffle types are year-round offerings, but some are seasonal only such as the shine muscat and black tea flavor or the caramelized figs and mascarpone option. I think this is a really nice spot if you're looking for somewhere relaxing in Tokyo to grab a bite to eat. They're closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so just keep that in mind if you plan on stopping by!
