Love the fried rice here

Rachanya is located within the Bandai Bus Center Building in Niigata City, and it's a great spot for a reasonably priced, warming meal. My go-to here is their fried rice which is both filling but feels light and fresh, but they also have a variety of different ramen options. Ordering is done via a vending machine system so you will need to be able to read a little bit of Japanese or muddle your way through with Google Translate. They've got long opening hours (8am until 7pm daily) so it's a particularly handy spot if you're an early bird.
