Pancake BUTTER & MILK
This small cafe only offers pancakes and drinks. The pancakes are extremely fluffy and literally melt in your mouth. For a pancake plate and a drink I paid 2.300 Yen which I think is reasonable. As they only have very few seats it can get a little crowded even on weekdays.
