The Koidego Cultural Hall serves as not only a venue for cultural activities like concerts, but also as a place for large scale events such as university graduations. There are two main function halls, one of which seats over 1000 people and another which seats around 400. In addition to these function center halls there are several meeting/conference rooms available for booking. The venue is well appointed and modern inside - there's also a large spacious foyer area at the front that is often used for serving up refreshments after an event has finished. The surrounding scenery is of the Hibikinomori Park, a very picturesque green space which is surrounded by mountains.
