Delicious Miso Mazesoba

I decided to check out this noodle shop by chance. When I pulled up to the restaurant, the appearance was nice. It is a small chain in Gifu. I ate the special miso flavored mazesoba. The sauce was amazing, but the noodles were nothing special. Not to say that it wasn’t good. I actually liked the sauce better with rice. However, this place is cheap and well worth the visit.
