Ikea with a smaland = happy shopping
As Tomuu wrote on his review of this branch of Ikea in Shinmisato, Ikea really are standard from branch to branch. And I can vouch for this on a global scale: I've been to Ikea in a few different countries and they really are all the same! If it works; why fix it. One thing that isn't standard is the play area, Smaland. Not all branches of Ikea have a Smaland, but I am so grateful that the branch in Shinmisato does have one. My kids are finally old enough that I can leave all four of them in for babysitting for one hour. If you can stand the traffic around this mall, then the Ikea and the neighbouring shops are well worth a visit. Bonus: lunch is cheap!

Ikea’s Swedish Meatballs
Other than household stuff, everyone knows Ikea for its food. Came here for the Swedish meat balls. It was good although I kinda disagree with the edamame. Anyhow, fantastic value for its price and good portions as well. Other than Swedish meatballs, desserts are also my favorite in there.
