    Shake Shack Shinjuku Southern Terrace

Last month (November), I went to Shake Shack with a friend that was visiting from Hawaii (there is no Shake Shack in Hawaii). It was this first time! Actually, the first time I tried Shake Shack was not in the US, but it was in Japan (in Yokohama). This specific location is located near the western side of Shinjuku Station Southern Exit. It is in the Shinjuku Southern Terrace, which is a nice area to walk through. I believe it was November 1st, so as you can see in the photo, there are still pumpkins in the background, but also strangely enough there were also christmas lights streamed up some trees. This location seemed pretty large, although the one I went to in Yokohama was pretty big too. There was a lot of outdoor seating which was really nice and peaceful. I ordered the chicken burger (as always), received my buzzer and sat down to wait. When I picked up my burger when my buzzer went off, there was already two cups of water on my tray. I thought this was great customer service! I didn't even ask for water and it was already on my tray. There were two cups of water on my tray, so I'm not sure if it was both for me since I did not order a drink or one for my friend who ordered a lemonade. As usual, the chicken burger which is my favorite was hot and crispy. It cooled down a bit while I took some pictures for the gram. Also, since it was a little breezy, there were workers outside walking around with a basket of blankets and handing them out to whoever needed them. I thought this was great for outdoor seating customers!
