I feel like it's always crowded
The Pokemon Store at Tokyo Station offers a variety of themed goodies in a convenient location, but because of that convenient location I feel like every time I've visited it has been packed. It's not a particularly large store either -- roughly the size of your average inner city convenience store -- so you can imagine it's not ideal if the store is filled with people and you're trying to navigate around them. I would recommend the Ikebukuro store more, because even though it also draws plenty of people, the larger space doesn't make it feel as jam-packed.

Good Store but Poor Layout
Hidden away at one end of the underground shopping street under Tokyo Station, the Pokemon Store is there to let you shop to your heart's content and become the next Pokemon Master. The downside is that the store's space is limited, so with so many products to display, it is somewhat of a crowded store especially on the weekends. It is also difficult at times to find what you want, so I am glad that you can always ask the friendly staff for help. At the end of the day though, the more Pokemon Centers there are the better, so I am glad that this store is there for when I am around Tokyo Station!

A small Pokemon store for quick shopping
The Pokemon store at Tokyo station is part of the character street. Compared to the Pokemon Centers in Ikebukuro or Nihonbashi it is rather small, so you might find not all the merchandise you are looking for, but usually, they have the newest collections in stock. For the perfect shopping experience I would recommend the new Pokemon Center in Nihonbashi which is not far, but if you have limited time or want to check out other stores in the character street stopping by at the Pokemon Store is a good idea. You can also take a photo of the train station chief Pikachu statue that is at the entrance of the store.
