There is a reason there is always a queue

Bills Omotesando is such a popular spot, especially for brunch (officially 'breakfast'), that there is always a queue in the early morning. It opens from 8.30 am and is actually open right until 10 pm at night, but I think they do most of their business in the morning. People come back time and time again for the food, particularly the fluffy pancakes, and the atmosphere. The building is quite nice and the chairs are comfy. The staff are also wonderful. If you can get it, the window seat is great.

Amazing breakfasts - only losing a point because of the lines!

When it comes to popular spots for breakfast in Tokyo, I would venture to say that Bills is probably up there in top spot. An Australian based cafe that has now expanded over several countries, the signature dish on their menu are their ricotta pancakes - super light, super fluffy, and dangerously addictive if you ask me (and I feel like I've tried just about every hyped up pancakes in the Tokyo area!) The only real critique I have here is that the lines are often long - especially if you get there later in the morning. I guess that's a testament to their popularity, and anywhere with consistently good food has a wait in this city, it seems. The other thing is if you get a fruit juice there, the amount you get is small for the price you pay. Other than that I think the food is fabulous and it's definitely worth a visit.
