Fun, Busy Diner with Good Sausage

My husband picked this place out of all the restaurants near the lake with the swan shaped ferry and we went during a busy weekend lunch rush. I was excited about the burgers which looked authentic but ultimately I was disappointed with the texture of some of the meat, betraying a lesser quality than I'm used to at our regional authentic burger place in Miyagi. When I started eating it, I felt like it was alright, but I eventually hit a bite with a weird texture, like something didn't get processed fully and no one making the burger patties noticed the random chunk of tendon or whatever. My daughter didn't like the cheese-sauce they had used on the hot dog, so we scraped it off. The sausage below was actually delicious and would not have been improved by the processed cheese spread on top. The fries and onion rings were alright but after the wait and the weird bite of burger, I'm not dead set on going back save for the sausage. The atmosphere was fun, though, with the names of (mostly) US states over seating areas and The Grand Canyon being the bathroom (which otherwise holds no resemblance). These are not arranged by size or geography, as Las Vegas is a four person table and Texas is a single seat in the corner next to Oklahoma and on the other side of a divider from Las Vegas.
