Fluffy, delicious, fruit topped pancakes

Flippers was a store we stumbled across when walking around Daikanyama a few months back. There are several stores in the Tokyo area including Jiyugaoka, Kichijoji and Shimokitazawa, so if you can't make it to this store there are other spots to get your pancake fix. They have several different types of pancake toppings on offer, from a simple maple butter cream variety to what I ordered which was a seasonal fruits pancake. They also have "meal pancakes" which are a more savory option (think toppings like sliced avocado and salmon and you're on the right track). If you're after a fluffy pancake experience in Tokyo I'd recommend Flippers - the service was friendly and the food was delish. They're open 7 days a week from 11am until 8pm daily.
