The Korean equivalent of kakigori

With the weather warming up pretty significantly (already!) I was happy to find this place in Omotesando. It's across from the Starbucks/Flying Tiger Copenhagen and serves up the Korean equivalent of kakigori, called Bingsu. There are a range of flavors of bingsu on the menu, including fruity options like mango or strawberry, through to more indulgent offerings like choco brownie and oreo tiramisu. They also have a host of different pancakes available if you're after something with a bit more substance, with flavors like fruit, royal tapioca, tiramisu and green tea. The serving sizes of bingsu are very large so it's something you could easily split! The perfect sweet treat for summer!
