For rice candy
There is a restaurant on the second floor, where you can get relatively cheap soba and udon. I haven't had the pleasure yet. But the ground (first) floor is a shop where I pick up rice candy from time to time. I have also tried the rice syrup drinks, but they are not for me. Supposedly the shop started out as a grain wholesalers in 1845! And started manufacturing starch syrup shortly after. All the ingredients are domestically produced and do not contain any additives.
