Cafe at Laporte Gosen

Mercato is a cafe located at Laporte Gosen, a multipurpose facility that hosts different events during the year. The cafe offers drinks, desserts, and full meals, with drinks/desserts on offer from 10:00-18:00 and lunch meals from 11:00-14:00. There's a good range of healthy offerings to pick from, including baked curry with multigrain rice, teriyaki chicken and lotus root pizza, and several pasta types to name a few -- there are also kids meals if you're visiting with younger ones in tow. They also have some fun seasonal offerings on the menu at different times of the year, like the sweet potato soft serve, sweet potato milk and sweet potato pancakes they're selling at the moment. There's a fairly decent amount of seating but the tables are placed fairly close together which made it feel a bit cramped.
