Soup Stock Tokyo (Atre Ebisu store)

More than just soups!

The Soup Stock Tokyo chain has a number of outlets, but this one relates to the store at the Atre Ebisu complex. They've got a good lineup of soups on any given day, and the selection changes weekly -- I think this is nice if you eat there regularly and want something new to try. A lot of the available soups are also vegetarian or gluten free, which is particularly nice if you're on-the-go and need something to eat that fits those categories. They also have a variety of curries if you're looking for something with a bit more oomph than soup typically offers, and there are even "dessert soups" from time to time, like this sweet potato, chickpea, and red bean one at the moment. A nice way to have some more healthful-feeling food if you're on-the-go.
