Friendly Chinese Food
I hear this restaurant has been in business for a while. As a result, they have some well-known dishes that are local favourites. The owners and staff are friendly and mellow, especially if they see you often. It seems to be family-run, so there’s a sense of familiarity within the place. When I visited, the friend who brought me to this restaurant suggested a dish of crispy rice topped with vegetables and some type of oily sauce. The textures of that dish were great and it tasted great too. I am a fan of Tantanmen, so I had an order for that as well. This came out great and the serving size felt worth the price. The seating is spacious, or at least felt like it. The restaurant looks to be able to fit about thirty-six people at any given time. Tables are also spaced out enough so that none of the seats feel claustrophobic. This place may be closing soon, however, as the owners are a bit elderly. According to the friend who brought me here, they said they were considering closing their doors for good. The Google Maps entry already thinks they’re closed.
