Curve Dodge Toyano is an Italian restaurant in Niigata City, and they have some great pastas and bread baked on-site. They've also got several meat and fish dishes if you'd prefer something with a bit more of a protein punch. The ambience is really nice, the employees were friendly, and there's plenty of easy parking on site.
