Quirky cafe with resident cats

Moon's P cafe is another of the coffee shops in an area called Togetsuen in the Nishi district of Saitama City. The cafe is in an old period house. Downstairs is rented by Moon's P cafe on weekdays and by another cafe on weekends. Upstairs is Ryan02, one of the better known cafes in this quirky theme park of sorts in the flood lands of a rural area of Saitama. The cafe has a very small menu with just a couple of drinks and a handful of dishes to chose from. The food is very highly regarded, but unfortunately I can not say the same for the coffee. They only have one type and it is a bit too bitter and pungent for me. The owner is very kind and friendly. There are wild cats that come in and out of the cafe, so if you have an allergy to or dislike of cats this might not be ideally suited!
