Scrumptious baked goods

Moitie is a tiny bakery about a 6-minute walk south of Shin-Kemigawa Station in Hanamigawa Ward of Chiba City. The bakery is closed on Mondays and Thursdays, but on any other day of the week, the bakers produce sweet and savory pastries and rolls throughout the day. I got a foccacia loaded with grilled cheese and fragrant with herbs. The bread was chewy and pulled apart in little curls. It's something between a croissant and a bread roll. Next time I'm in the neighborhood, I'll go again! The shop is very small, with just enough space inside the sliding door for two customers.
