Hasuda Service Area Inbound

Hasuda Service Area on the Tohoku Expressway on the way into Tokyo, is a big parking / service / rest area. It has several facilities including a gas station, dog run, play area, free water, information station, outdoor seating area and dozens of eateries. There are also dozens of vending machines and toilets! Its a good place to take a rest on a journey. It has a 'Smart' interchange, which means you can exit from the rest area without going back onto the expressway, so long as you have an ETC card. It also has a pedestrian entrance, which I don't think I've ever seen before.
