Nice spot for hydrangeas in Tokyo
If you're looking for a hydrangea spot in Tokyo that isn't as well known as some other places, I recommend checking out Kyodo-no-Mori in Fuchu. They have a ton of hydrangeas here, plus a bunch of cool historical buildings. There's an annual festival held when the hydrangeas are at their best, and it runs for a pretty long time -- this year's event started in late May and runs all the way until early July. If you're near to the area I recommend checking it out while you can! There is a museum on the grounds which is 300 yen to enter, and you can learn a bit more about the area's history as well.
