Due to unforeseen circumstances I realized last minute that I would have to get a coach home from Haneda Airport. I hadn't planned anything in advance, so it was a pleasant and welcome surprise to see the Airport Limousine Bus Ticketing Counter, like a beacon, the minute I got through the customs gate. It is right by where you come out from arrivals after custom clearance. The buses are also conveniently located near the arrivals area. It wasn't even a five minute walk, but you would want to make sure to use the right elevator. The staff can point it out to you.
