Taku is a homestyle Korean cuisine restaurant located in Niigata's Chuo ward, and they have options for both course menus or ordering a la carte. They have a lot of the popular Korean foods on offer including things like stone grilled bulgogi, kimchi jjigae, kalbi, and samgyeopsal, plus loads of kimchi options which my kids seem to adore, especially the diced radish kimchi! If you have fairly Western tastebuds I'd recommend the cheese dakgalbi which is a pretty safe bet!
