Good place for Western haircuts

I've been trying to cut my own hair of late, but in December I did get a cut at the Aveda salon in Niigata because I wanted a bit more off than a trim. I wasn't that confident to try and DIY that myself! The whole experience here feels really nice -- the staff member that cut my hair knew English and had previous experience living abroad, so I didn't have concerns that they wouldn't be able to cut my fine strand Western hair. I was really happy with my cut, the service, and the vibe of the salon, but you do pay for it -- 6270 yen is the price for a women's style cute (cheaper for men). They also do color, perms, etc. if you're looking for something more involved.
