Cheap Drunk: 99.99 Sparkling Wine Chu-hi

99.99 series has its ups and downs with their limited products. Their regular line up has been great, but there are some lacklustre new flavours that are thankfully limited.

Their sparkling wine chu-hi is fortunately pretty good.

For just 100 yen, this 9% drink is a strongly carbonated chu-hi that tastes like, well, a sparkling wine, but is much less sour and less sweet.

It is very easy to drink, a trend with this series of drinks, yet giving you a really strong buzz.

If you are not looking the traditional fruity chu-hi flavours, perhaps this is a good change of pace for you!
