Experience at Haneda Airport

Airport, which is the door between countries, is always one of the important places for a country. Haneda airport is one of the best airports in the world. It is always picked as one of the top airports every year. People like its cleanness, equipment, service, and convenience. I am also a person who often go to Haneda airport. It is true that I did enjoy the atmosphere of it. And it the following paragraph I would like to share the experience of mine on one day.

The day was in May, and I had an emergent thing in Taiwan making me have to go back home. I booked a ticket at 7:30 in the morning. It means I have to arrive at airport by 5:30. My previous plan was to take a taxi at 4 o’clock during midnight. However, the price was too high to afford, and it doubled during midnight. This terrible situation made me decide to spend one night at the airport before my departure.

The method from my dorm to Haneda airport is quite easy. There is a place called YCAT which is also known as Yokohama City Air Terminal. By taking the bus there, we can go to Haneda airport straightly. And YCAT is situated near Yokohama station east exit. Therefore, if people who lived in Yokohama, this way will be easy for them to go to Haneda airport. For sure, if people do not want to take a bus to the airport, they can take a train which is also directly heading to the airport. But they should think of the time and the price. No matter how many ways to go to Haneda airport, people can choose which one they like and just go. For me, I am fond of taking YCAT, which I think is the most convenient way.

About my stay at Haneda airport, it was quite fun but tiring. I arrived at the airport around 11 pm and I was trying to adventure inside it. There are five floors at Haneda airport. On the third floor, there is a hotel offering customers to stay. For sure, I did not live in it. What was the most interesting thing was that on the fifth floor, people were lying down and sleeping deeply. So basically, the fifth floor became the floor for sleeping. And there was no empty place for other people to sit down since they're already full of sleeping tourists. In the end, I slept on the second floor with 4 chairs. I did not have a steady sleep since there was a woman calling with her friend. I promise to myself that if there is next time in the future, I will definitely sleep on the fifth floor.
