The description

Scented, dissolving beads for the washing machine to help freshen up the clothes after a load of laundry. These are the blue versions marketed for sporty clothing.

The good

These beads are incredibly easy to use and don’t need to know where to put them in any washing machine. They’re also quite potent, as a handful of these sprinkled on top of the clothes in the machine can really freshen up the clothes. One pack of these can last a while depending on the amount of laundry you do, but for a single person doing laundry once a week, it can last two to three months. Since it has a stronger smell, it can probably be stretched further if desired. These beads are sold in either plastic bottles that allow you to measure the amount of beads or a refill pack for the bottle.

The not so good

The main negative about this product is actually its main feature: its smell. There are other types out there but, focusing solely on the blue sports type, this fake North American stick deodorant scent can be overwhelming. I’ve known a handful of people who never buy these beads simply because it smells too strong. Granted, it can be somewhat controlled by varying the amount put into a load. Another negative is that sometimes it doesn’t dissolve in the wash completely. Usually, this happens if there are too many beads put into a load, so there is a bit of trial and error to figure out the perfect amount of this product to use.
