McDonald's Milk Shake with Pucchin Pudding
On Monday, April 13th 2020, McDonald's Japan released a new milk shake and I was already excited about it when I saw the announcement a while ago. The new McShake is a collaboration with the famous Japanese pudding from Glico: Pucchin Purin (プッチンプリン). I really like this one and yes, couldn't wait to try the McShake!
The McShake Pucchin Purin (マックシェイクプッチンできないけどプッチンプリン) comes in two sizes. The S size costs 170 yen and comes with an original paper cup. The M size costs 200 yen and stays with the usual paper cups with McDonald's logo.
On the advertisment it's said you will get an extra caramel sauce which you can put decorative on top. However, it also says "as long as stock lasts" and probably it was already over at our shop... At least we didn't get it and I just noticed it at home, because my husband took it for take-out on his was home after work.
But even without the extra sauce the McShake was really good! I enjoyed it a lot. It really had the typical Japanese pudding taste and since the consistance was nice I ended up eating it with a spoon. Was like a softly melted ice cream.
Definately wasn't my last one!
(I hope they gonna have it for a while...)
