Have you ever wondered how they manage to put a train above the road? I know it sounds like a silly question, but I can’t help but ask myself every time I ride the monorail. The thought of how they built that suspended track is just fascinating. I take the Chiba Urban Monorail to school every day, and it’s about a 40-minute ride. The first time I hopped on, I was honestly pretty amazed. It’s so cool to be riding a train that’s floating above the city! Now, the catch—it’s a bit expensive. But, considering how unique and convenient the experience is, I think it’s worth it. There’s something about cruising above the traffic that makes it feel like I’m traveling in a totally different world. I still can’t get over how impressive it is every time I take the monorail. It’s just a smooth, fun ride, and it always leaves me a little in awe.
