Yummy yummy
After an exhausting half day at Universal Studios, it was great to go down the Universal Studios walk and wind up at this okonomiyaki shop that my husband very much recommended. We went inside and picked some things. We got a huge Mega sized drinks, and then in the Osaka fashion, the staff came out and prepared the meal for us, so we didn't do any of the mixing and they took care of everything which was great. One big difference with Fugetsu is they will use noodles and smother the thing in mayonnaise and sauce. If they put the dried fish flakes on, they might do that before they flip it instead of after. I found the resulting meal extremely enjoyable, which was surprising to me because okonomiaki is all right, but it's not one of my favorite foods and I wolfed this thing down. I genuinely felt bad for having to leave some on the plate. It was fantastic and a great way to end a very long day for me.
